everything was sent quickly, the only thing messed up was a wide steel grip which was rusty... i will just keep it instead of the hassle of sending it back. over all i give 4stars (Posted on 2/24/12)

I purchased this kit about two weeks ago have already done 3 tattoos with it love the coil guns the rotary still trying to get use to but something new for me.
The kit has everything you need to start the only thing you might want to get is extra transfer paper and some kind of numing spray or gel cuz some people are big babies lol and green soap as well.

I recieved my kit as a Christmas gift, I was very impressed. When I opened the box it was a little messy as if it was just thrown together and shipped :(. I started practicing and the quality seemed really gr8 until my power supply stopped working in the middle of my session. I noticed a few days earlier that my machine would start running when the foot pedal was not engauged. I figured that there was some kind of shortage either in the power supply, the clip cord or the foot pedal. I called customer service and they were quick to re-ship me a whole new power supply, clip cord, and a foot pedal without sending back the old ones. I am pretty satisfied with this kit and it is a gr8 starter kit and I would recommend it to anyone. (Posted on 1/6/12)

I purchased this kit recently actually my friendpurchased this kit at my direction for me and upon recieving this kit one gun did not work after emailing pirate face they were prompt and sent a new one no questions asked, I am in the process of remailing to them the faulty unit that they asked me to do I am very happy with their backing of their priduct and very happy with their service I would not hesitate to order from them again and am making them my vendor from here on out and have recommended them to another artist friend of mine, if you are looking for a respectable vendor then look no further because they are for real and quality driven in customer realtions.............
