I recieved my kit as a Christmas gift, I was very impressed. When I opened the box it was a little messy as if it was just thrown together and shipped :(. I started practicing and the quality seemed really gr8 until my power supply stopped working in the middle of my session. I noticed a few days earlier that my machine would start running when the foot pedal was not engauged. I figured that there was some kind of shortage either in the power supply, the clip cord or the foot pedal. I called customer service and they were quick to re-ship me a whole new power supply, clip cord, and a foot pedal without sending back the old ones. I am pretty satisfied with this kit and it is a gr8 starter kit and I would recommend it to anyone.
