CARVER ROTARY - 4 Gun Tattoo Rotary Kit

I was looking for just a backup kit for one of my crew at the shop here and after looking here knew i did not have to look at any other site, But at first thought maybe this is a sham but i called I went with the CARVER set just cause i wanted to try the rotary unit for myself and after placing the order 3 days later my unit arived I pulled it out of the box shipped very well no damage and opened everything up and found NO POWER SUPPLY, "BUT WAIT", i have 3 other power supplys so i hooked up the unites to make sure they worked and was pleased after small tunning i loved them. I call back told "ALVIN" it was missing the power supply he did not ask a question other than he will have another one out right away. Well this was thurs evening, Its Saturday morning and knock on my door 945am was my NEW POWER SUPPLY. Ok this was above and beyond what i would have ever thought of a company. Thank you Alvin for your support and help. I have told a few other shop friends of your site and prices and hope they find the same help and costomer service I did. I had bought a junk unit from online 2 guns a few items they called it a starter kit no box no nothing really and cost me $150.00 it burned out a gun after 2 days called them they said sorry i run it to high as most tattoo artist will, he don't even know me and was telling me why it craped out. Well i have junk in the corner now just to demo to customers what we use and try and ease there mind it's not a bad thing to get stuck and inked up. I love you custemer care and fast service and unites are well designed and for the price who can say other. Im using the unit myself took one of my old guns cleaned it up now gave it to one of the girls at my shop to get her going till she gets on her feet. Again thanks and im looking forward to doing more with you and your company. So to anyone thinking on going with any of your units and setups I give it a 5 star on PRICE/VALUE and 4 on the QUALITY as i have only had it a few days but work them hard and there looking good as of now. I would tell others don't go shopping around for anyone else that your products are better for the price and customer care is amazing. Again Thank you
